Profile the Salesforce data
We count records, inspect field use, identify duplicate and orphaned records, and document every integration that reads or writes CRM data.
Move CRM data, associations and sales processes into HubSpot through a staged migration with source-to-target mapping, reconciliation and a controlled cutover.

Migration Process
We provide a wide range of services to help you migrate from Salesforce to HubSpot
We start with the data model, not a CSV export. Accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, owners, activities, notes, attachments, products and custom objects need different mapping decisions because Salesforce and HubSpot organise CRM records differently. HubSpot's official Salesforce integration supports synchronisation for contacts, companies, deals and activities, but a full retirement project also needs historical data, workflow and integration planning.
| Salesforce source | HubSpot destination | Migration decision |
|---|---|---|
| Accounts and contacts | Companies and contacts | Association rules and duplicate keys |
| Leads | Contacts and lifecycle stages | Qualification status and ownership |
| Opportunities | Deals and pipelines | Stage mapping, amount and close status |
| Tasks and activities | Activities and engagements | Supported types, dates and associations |
| Custom objects | HubSpot custom objects or properties | Licence, schema and reporting needs |
| Flows and automation | HubSpot workflows | Rebuild, simplify or retire |
We count records, inspect field use, identify duplicate and orphaned records, and document every integration that reads or writes CRM data.
Pipelines, properties, lifecycle stages, teams and permissions are agreed before data moves. We record every transformation in a mapping workbook.
A controlled sample proves field types, associations, owners, dates and activity history. Problems are fixed in the mapping rather than patched after go-live.
Salesforce automation is assessed one rule at a time. Useful logic is rebuilt in HubSpot, while obsolete rules are retired. Connected systems are tested against the new record IDs and properties.
We freeze the agreed data window, load the final delta and compare source and destination counts. Salesforce remains available according to the rollback plan until your team accepts the results.
The highest-risk areas are lost associations, duplicate contacts, invalid picklist values, activity history and integrations that still point to Salesforce. We test each area separately, keep source IDs for traceability and provide reconciliation results before sign-off.
HubSpot can bring marketing, sales and service work into one CRM, while Salesforce supports deeper enterprise configuration and a wider ecosystem. The decision should reflect the processes your team needs, the administration capacity you have and the data model you are prepared to maintain.
| Decision area | Salesforce | HubSpot |
|---|---|---|
| CRM model | Highly configurable objects and automation | Unified CRM with simpler day-to-day administration |
| Marketing and sales | Separate products and integrations may be involved | Marketing, sales and service hubs share the CRM |
| Customisation | Broad development and configuration options | Faster setup, with platform and subscription limits |
| Migration effort | Existing complexity must be understood | Data and processes need remapping, not a direct clone |
The timeline depends on record volume, custom objects, activity history, integrations and the number of Salesforce automations being replaced. We plan discovery, test migration, remediation, final delta and user acceptance as separate gates, then quote against the verified scope.
Our CRM integration team handles the systems around the migration, and HubSpot support covers configuration and post-launch improvement. For an example of data reconciliation at speed, see our vTiger to HubSpot migration case study.

Our process
We take you from manual struggle to automated joy in 4 easy steps
We start by understanding your business, your challenges, as well as the processes and systems you use.
We inventory your scenarios, workflows, custom fields, and data, then map every piece to its equivalent on the target platform in a step-by-step migration plan.
We rebuild your workflows and data on the new platform and run old and new side by side, so your team keeps working while we migrate and test in the background.
We verify parity between source and target, cut over once you approve, and hand over documentation so your team is confident on the new platform.

Yes, when the HubSpot subscription and target design support them. Some objects are better represented as standard objects or properties, so we make that decision from reporting, association and workflow requirements.
We first identify which activity types and associations must remain usable in HubSpot. The approach differs for tasks, calls, meetings, notes and emails, so each type is tested before the full load.
They can during transition. We define which system is authoritative for each record type, control synchronisation and stop dual entry before the final cutover.
We agree matching rules using stable identifiers such as Salesforce IDs, email addresses and company domains. Suspected duplicates are reported and resolved before they distort associations or reporting.
They need to be rebuilt against HubSpot triggers, actions and subscription limits. We preserve the business rule, then simplify or retire logic that no longer adds value.
Cost follows the data model and test burden: record volume, custom objects, activity history, attachments, integrations, automation and the number of cutover rehearsals.
