The Swiss business software bexio promises to make administration very easy for SMEs. From contact management, through offers, invoices and orders, to banking and accounting, the software covers everything that is important and above all necessary. (Sidenote: functions that are only included in the Pro or Pro + version of bexio are not discussed here). Bexio is also a cloud software that promises data security through Swiss data centers. A point that is particularly important when it comes to the sensitive issue of bookkeeping.

• E-mail attachments: Important documents for accounting are often received by e-mail, such as invoices as attachments. These attachments can easily be uploaded automatically to bexio and are therefore immediately available. This can also be done via small detours if the receipt is not available as an attachment but in the e-mail text.
• Upload receipts: Sometimes it is necessary that receipts are not only available in bexio, but also, for example, in Dropbox or GoogleDrive. Instead of uploading the documents separately in both places, the documents can easily be uploaded to bexio and used as a new receipt.
• Integrating CRM with bexio: Customer: Internal data are usually also available in CRM. By integrating a CRM such as Pipedrive with bexio, all changes or new systems are automatically synchronized. The same is of course also possible with Hubspot or other CRM software
• Manage contacts: The bexio API interface enables you to manage contacts such as customers or suppliers. Addresses, telephone numbers or e-mail addresses can be bundled in a collection and automatically created, accessed or updated.
• Integrate shop: If someone in your shop, for example Shopify, buys a product, a new customer account is not only created in the shop system. This also automatically triggers a new person in bexio.
• Newsletter marketing: Via the bexio integration with Mailchimp, a newsletter tool, new or updated people from bexio can be automatically added as subscribers to a newsletter list in Mailchimp. So your email marketing is always up to date and no: e customer: in receives an email that is actually not intended for you.
