eDocBox

The eDocBox eSignature implements the advanced electronic signature in accordance with legal requirements. In addition to the endorsement (the image of the signature), the signature is based on the recorded writing characteristics (biometric data), which are stored in encrypted form in the PDF. Using the private key, this data can be read from the document and displayed in the form of tables and graphs using our software. This information is the basis for a handwriting appraiser. The editor offers you complete editing options for your documents: fill in existing text fields in the editor, or set your own checkboxes, photo, text and signature fields as required. The eDocBox document folder gives you an overview of all existing and active processes including documents.
